The culmination of the annual ‘Plumbers’ golfing season was recognised recently at Athlone Golf Club.
Their primary aim of the ‘Plumbers’ (for those golfers with a handicap of 18 and over ) is to integrate high handicappers and new members into the social fabric of the club.
Michael Cuddy and Brendan Kilroy were recognised for their fairway and green exploits, as they claimed the main accolades on offer during a presentation ceremony hosted in the clubhouse.
