If you like a good game of rugby, have you ever stopped to consider all of the science it involves.
All rugby relevant information, from the science of fitness to the physics of the game, provides a great chance to learn more about science and rugby.
The evening will be facilitated by leading science communicator Dr Craig Slattery of UCD and he will be in conversation with Ireland flyhalf Jack Carty and former Irish international Rosie Foley.
You’ll never look at a game of rugby in the same way again! This event will be hosted at the home of rugby in Athlone - Buccaneers RFC and you will also enjoy some tasty finger food at the event from the Bounty Bar.
