Athlone Athletics Club will host the inaugural Midlands Half Marathon and 10km races on Sunday, September 24.
The half marathon race will commence at 10am with the 10km starting at 10.30am,
Runners of all abilities are invited to participate on what will be a fast flat course. If it is a personal best you are looking for or just a course that winds through Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands, then this is the race for you.
Beginning and ending on a world class track located on the TUS Athlone campus and taking in the beautiful greenway, the uniqueness of this race will surely not disappoint.
