Westmeath County Council wish to advise that the online portal to accept applications for an Affordable Purchase Scheme at Gort na Locha is now live.
The scheme opened on Wednesday, JUly 26, at 12pm and will remain open for three weeks until midnight, Wednesday, August 16.
A total of 22 new affordable homes, consisting of three and four bedroom dwellings,are being made available for sale by Westmeath County Council in the residential development of Gort an Locha, Moate, under the Affordable Purchase Scheme in accordance with the Affordable Housing legislation.
The properties are open to people who are First Time Buyers or qualify under the ‘Fresh Start Principle’.
Applications will be assessed in line with the Westmeath County Council Scheme of Priority.
