Three Moate Leinster School of Dance students savour National Championship success in Ennis

The Leinster School of Dance in Moate had just cause for celebration in recent times as three students savoured success at the National Dance Championships in Ennis on Sunday, July 9.

Amira Reynolds, Emilie Bannon and Eliza Clery achieved a third placing in the trio group category, a competition for 10 to 12 year olds, wile Amira also placed runner-up in the jazz category for 10 to 12 year olds.

“There was a high standard of competition at the national championships so we were extremely proud to achieve second place in a solo and third place in a trio group dance in our respective competitions,” proprietor and dance teacher, Shauna Coffey, stated.
