Roscommon County Council has confirmed that day time works on the Athlone to Ballybay Pavement Improvement project will be complete by Friday, February 24.
Pavement works will then proceed to a second and reduced night time phase which will commence on Monday, February 27 and continue until Tuesday, March 7.
It is hoped the final phase of the works which includes verge reinstatement will be fully complete by Thursday, March 16.
The local authority has thanked the public for their understanding and patience and regret any delays caused by these improvement works.
