Join the team at the Athlone Springs Hotel on Sunday, February 19, for their Zen Leisure Open Day.

From 10am until 5pm, you can enjoy healthy smoothies, fruit and protein balls upon arrival while learning about the facilities in the modern gym facility and discussing your fitness goals with the dedicated Zen Leisure team to see how they can assist you in achieving your targets,

The beginning of your fitness journey can be a daunting experience which is why the team at Zen Fitness & Leisure have organised this open day, to alleviate the stress of joining a new gym and beginning a path to good health. On the day, there will be fun for all the family with children’s games and activities taking place from 11am-5pm allowing parents to view the swimming pool and gym facilities.

Zen Fitness and Leisure Club has grown in popularity since its recent refurbishments. Now boasting over 1,200 members, it continues to grow in strength and reputation. Led by manager Brian Chalmers, the team at Zen Leisure are at the core of its success from their friendly demeanour to their extensive knowledge, they are always on hand to make all members feel welcome, comfortable and reach the best of their abilities.

Facilities include a fully-equipped modern gym and a 20 metre indoor swimming pool with a spacious jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Zen Fitness and Leisure hosts fitness classes, swim classes and mother and baby courses every week. The personal trainers at Zen Leisure are always on hand to put a fitness programme together for you.

Memberships start from €165 for three months. The Zen Fitness and Leisure team look forward to meeting and discussing fitness plans with all those who visit the facility on Sunday, February 19.
