'Festival Mná' will take pride of place in Dún na Sí Amenity and Heritage Park on Saturday, January 7, from 10am to 4pm.
Begin your new year on a powerful note at this incredible women's event, Festival Mná being a celebration of the Irish tradition of “Nollaig na mBan" or “Women’s little Christmas”. Traditionally, each January 6, this was the day for women to gather and enjoy their own Christmas.
Festival Mná would especially love to see three generations of women coming together for this event, so make it a family day out where precious memories are made.
The aim of this event is to encourage women everywhere to step into their true feminine power. This will be facilitated by a women’s circle on the day as they attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the biggest women’s circle in the world.
Some of the best influencers in Ireland are on board to deliver various holistic workshops on the day including yoga, breathwork, inspirational speeches, dancing, fitness classes, cacao ceremonies, card readings, reiki healings, music and more.
Children under 12 go free and there will be a number of activities to keep them busy throughout the day, so gather all the amazing women you know to celebrate Nollaig na mBan 2023 at Dún na Sí Heritage Park.
Proceeds from Festival Mná will go to SoSad Ireland, mental health prevention and awareness for our sons and daughters.
Tickets are available on eventbrite (price €40 ) https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/festival-mna-tickets-473400492617 with walk-ins on the day welcomed.
