Tubberclair GAA will host a fundraising race night initiative in the Dog and Duck pub, Ballykeeran, on Sunday, October 30.
The first fundraising initiative of its ilk in three years, the club is appealing to members of the local public to support the event in any manner possible, through the purchase of a horse or sponsorship of a race
The race night, along with the weekly lotto are the club’s primary annual fundraisers, the proceeds from which support the extensive running costs of Tubberclair GAA.
The local community has always been very generous in supporting Tubberclair GAA for which the club is indebted.
Each horse owner is entered into a draw for €300 with horses priced at €20 each. Any business interested in sponsoring a race can contact David on 086 8292511.
