RBK Chartered Accountants has confirmed the appointment of Moydrum resident, Michelle O’Donoghue, to the role of Governance, Risk and Assurance Partner at the prominent firm.
Her announcement, together with that of Laurence Hill, who will fill the position of SME Business Advisory Partner, brings the firm’s leadership team to 18 partners. These senior appointments further enhance the depth of expertise across key practice areas, including audit, risk and compliance and SME accounting solutions.

Michelle O’Donoghue, Governance, Risk and Assurance Partner
A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Michelle heads up RBK’s Governance, Risk and Assurance Department. Her focus is on delivering tailored internal audit, risk management, compliance and assurance services to clients operating in the financial services and charity and not for profit sectors. Michelle is a regular speaker at our Annual Credit Union seminar. She provides training to Boards of Credit Unions and Charities in the areas of risk management and governance and has lectured on many topics including Internal Audit, Risk Management, Governance and Effective Board Reporting.
Laurence Hill, SME Business Advisory Partner
Laurence specialises in accounting solutions for SMEs. He has more than 25 years’ experience working with companies across all sectors and has a wealth of expertise in accounting, audit and taxation. He provides an outsourced service for SMEs that covers everything from bookkeeping to complex financial reporting and tax compliance. He takes the time to understand individual needs and provides his clients with a cost-effective, efficient and tailored outsourced service.
