Luan Gallery will host a public talk with Derick Smith, the artist of current exhibition, The Soul of Matter, on Saturday, April 30.
To commence at 2pm, Derick will discuss the contents of his exhibition with Luan Gallery curator Valeria Ceregini.
"An informal conversation and tour of Derick's exhibition, The Soul of Matter, comprised of paintings, sculpture and works on paper will be available to the public at 2pm on Saturday afternoon, April 30.
"It will give audiences an insight into his visual practice, use of materials, inspirations and process of making work. There will be also be an opportunity for audience participation," a spokesperson for the Luan Gallery confirmed.
The Soul of Matter is Derick Smith's exclusive series of mixed media works, and it will be on display until June 19.
