Entries are now being accepted for the 2022 Captains Drive In scramble for Sean Dunne and Joan Molloy which takes place on the fairways and greens of Moate Golf Club on Sunday, March 6.
Future Competitions
The club voucher competition and Winter League rounds can be played until Sunday, February 13.
Seery’s Cash and Carry Winter League
There is little or no change in the upper reaches of the table but the competition remains tight as thoughts turn towards play-off qualification.
Holding 60th spot at the moment is Michael Kelly on 130 points but there are 13 players within five points of him. The final day for qualifying is February 28 and following a recent men’s committee meeting the final has been confirmed for Sunday, March 13.
Course Care
Please remember how important it is that all golfers continue to care for the course by repairing pitchmarks on every green and using the sand/seed mix to replace divots on the fairways.

The intermediates tackle Longford Golf Club next Sunday, February 13, with tee times from 10am to 12pm.
