The beauty salon boasts two pedicure spa/massage chairs. You will never experience a pedicure like this! There are two chairs side by side, which means you and a friend could have a pedicure, a cup of coffee and chat. These are the only chairs like it in the area. The Make Up studio has Hollywood lights and directors’ chairs give the spacious make-up studio a touch of glamour, along with brow bars, waxing stations, permanent make-up, nail bars, hot shaves for men, spray tan, and sun bed with vibro plate.

Mairin is a qualified beauty therapist since the early 80s. She has run a very successful business in Profile Nail & Beauty in Mullingar for the past 21 years offering the very best in expertise, service, and luxury. Mairin started her own private college - The International College of Beauty by Mairin G - four years ago, having many years experience running the Beauty Therapy Department with the VEC in Mullingar, which she still runs as course director.
Christopher Brown, Artistic Creative Director
Christopher is an accomplished, professional, international stylist and tutor, having worked worldwide and tutored in London, Spain, and Johannesburg. He was previously artistic director for a five-salon group in London, and his work has featured in Marie Claire and Vogue. He has been in Mullingar for several years and has gained an excellent reputation.
The First Floor Hair & Beauty Studio would like to take this opportunity to introduce their newest member of staff, Ms Aggie McGrath. Aggie has been working in the Mullingar area for the past six years. Constantly enthusiastic in upgrading her hairdressing skills, she has attended several courses in colour essentials, advanced colour techniques, and upstyling, winning Colour Creative Trophy at her Galway Academy. She is currently attending to achieve her Colour Master Trophy. She is creative, artistic and an asset to the ever creative and artistic team of Laura Allen, Beata Parcheta, and headed by Christopher Brown.
The First Floor Hair and Beauty will be offering specials on a monthly basis, from 10am to 8pm, Tuesday to Thursday. This month is Marvellous May, and the First Floor is offering a wash and blow-dry for €15 and permanent colour (root tint ) for €35. There is a free file and paint with highlights on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. There is also a special offer on pedicures. One pedicure is €25; bring a friend and get two for €40.
