After a very difficult 18 months for all, Crossfit Croí are very excited to be celebrating five years in business this week.
Firstly, the team at Crossfit Croí wish to thank their amazing members, coaching staff and therapists who all worked incredibly hard with online, zoom and WhatsApp sessions during the period of lockdown.
“We would not have been able to survive without you all. They say, time passes in the blink of an eye and the last 5 years has done just that,” Crosfit Croí proprietor, Ursula Hickey stated.
As the evenings are becoming shorter, Crossfit Croí have added a new Master’s Class to their schedule. This class is suitable for those over 35 years, who wish to sample CrossFit, get started with a fitness routine or would be new to strength and resistance training. It is also suitable for anyone seeking to restart weight training.
“Our Yoga classes are very popular and will continue up until December, before resuming in January, while our personal trainers are always available for those anxious with regard to joining a class or who just wish to have some additional motivation

“We have been providing strength and conditioning training for the Clann na nGael ladies football team since December 2020 and all their efforts paid off in recent times with two county final victories for the junior and senior teams. We are super proud of all the consistent hard work they put in to achieve this success.
