With a prominent location at RBK House, Irishtown, Athlone, RBK Chartered Accountants has announced six new director appointments.

The new Director appointments are:
Sinead McMahon – Tax Director Sinead advises an extensive portfolio of personal and corporate clients on incorporation, reorganisations, due diligence, VAT and succession planning. She also works closely with the RBK corporate recovery department, in relation to property transactions. Sinead’s portfolio of clients also include a number of international groups who she advises as they expand into Ireland or overseas on corporate tax and VAT matters as well as payroll advices for inbound/outbound employees and directors.
Eddie Darby – Corporate Finance Director Eddie has gained vast experience across a broad range of transactions and projects for private enterprises and applied his industry experience to assist in building management teams to deliver business growth and sustainability. Eddie’s expertise cover all key corporate finance disciplines including performing strategic business reviews, debt restructuring and financial forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity fundraisings, business valuations and financial due diligence
Patrick Fannon – Tax Director Patrick specialises primarily in Corporate Tax advising a diverse portfolio of clients including multinationals and owner managed businesses across a broad range of sectors. Patrick has particular expertise in advising on corporate restructuring, sale/acquisition transactions and related due diligence, having expertly advised and successfully guided many clients through such transactions/restructures.
Michael Moriarty – Business Advisory Director Michael works with clients across a broad range of industry sectors and has particular accounting and commercial expertise in hotels, property and food manufacturing sectors. Michael advises on accounting, auditing, tax compliance, tax planning, financial management, banking and statutory compliance matters for medium and large sized owner-managed businesses.
Lorraine Morrison – VAT Director Lorraine advises clients across a broad spectrum of industries including consumer business, manufacturing, life sciences and pharmaceutical, aviation and technology. Lorraine provides Irish VAT advice for Irish and international businesses, covering all aspects of VAT including VAT implications of domestic and cross-border transactions for goods and services, VAT on property, VAT ruling submissions, identifying opportunities to maximise VAT recoveries, VAT reporting requirements and Revenue checks and audits.
Patrick Keegan – Wealth Management Director Patrick is a Certified Financial Planner™, has an MSc in Financial Services, is a Specialist Investment Advisor, a Retirement Planning Advisor and a Qualified Financial Advisor. Patrick’s areas of expertise include assisting our clients to plan for their retirement, the efficient drawdown & regular review of their pensions, ensuring their protection needs are met and that their investment strategies are appropriate. He advises high net worth individuals on their retirement planning, wealth protection, estate & succession planning strategies, and business cash extraction opportunities
