Complementing the tempo of fitness classes, a highly trained yoga instructor works with Crossfit Croí clients to unite mind and body incorporating breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
Crossfit Croí classes are small in number to ensure all members receive a dedicated standard of coaching as they strive to achieve their fitness goals.
Classes commence at 7am, running from Monday to Saturday, with introduction to CrossFit sessions each month to get people started on their fitness journey.
