Athlone Applegreen service station lottery jackpot prize remains unclaimed

The National Lottery has confirmed that it is still waiting to hear from the Westmeath Lotto jackpot winner who won €6.4 million in the draw on Saturday 22nd May.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on Thursday, May 20, at the Applegreen service station located just off the M6/N6 motorway in the Arcadia Retail Park in Athlone.

The Lake county win marked the start of a three-in-a-row sweep of Lotto jackpot wins over the previous three Saturdays.

“It’s been an exciting few weeks for Lotto players all over the country with three jackpots won over the course of the last three weekends.

“We are continuing to urge all of our players in Westmeath to check their tickets carefully from the May 22 draw.

“The lucky ticket holder is advised to sign the back of their ticket and to make contact with our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or [email protected] and arrangements will be made for the winner to collect their life-changing prize,” a National Lottery spokesperson stated.
