The Auction Rooms in Sixmilebridge plays host to a mammoth four day auction from December 5-8 inclusive.
Consignments from across the province of Munster with notable items from a Kerry Country House are likely to be highly sought after.
Day one will see one of Irelands’ largest music collections go under the hammer, as vinyl record and CD music collector, RTE Broadcaster and DJ, Lorcan Murray, sells much of his collection including many rare Vvnyls and posters. Also included in day one of the auction are a collection of GAA interest books from a well known County Clare GAA historian.
Day two, three and four will see a huge collection of antique furniture, persian rugs, Irish art, some excellent jewellery, light fittings, home bar, collectibles available for auction.
Top lot is expected to be a 19th Century Killarney Davenport which is estimated to be sold for €10,000-€15,000.
Viewing takes place on Friday and Saturday with the auction of vinyl and books starting on Saturday evening.
