In 1996, Norma McCambridge created the McCambridges Hamper in response to their customers desire to create their own way of saying that special something. From this simple request, the McCambridge Hamper is now a go to gift for people throughout Ireland throughout the year but especially at Christmas.
Starting from €50, the McCambridges food and drink hampers are handpicked and curated in store by their expert staff. Championing Irish is always to the fore at the Shop Street store with the Doorus packed with the best of what this Island has to offer.
McCambridges continues to afford their support to Irish producers like Micil Gin distilled in Salthill in Galway, Gran Gran’s from Loughrea, Foods Of Athenry - Galway Christmas cakes and gluten free crackers, Sheridans crackers, Skelligs Chocolates, Builín Blasta dressings and smoked onion mayonnaise, Achill Island sea salt, Galway Cakery mince pies and The Lodge Mustards from Barna.
“We have adapted to our customers' needs and have broadened our produce range so that everyone is looked after this Christmas. Our staff carefully pack each individual hamper in quality wicker baskets or if you prefer, in strong gift boxes. We use the best materials including recyclable shredded cardboard and natural wood shavings.
