New cocktail menu now available at Gertie Brownes

Gertie Brownes have launched an exciting new cocktail menu.

Available five days a week the new menu features popular favourites such as an Espresso Martini made with Smirnoff Vodka, Frangelico, Galliano Vanilla, Kahlua, sugar syrup and espresso coffee, a Whiskey Sour made with Jameson Whiskey, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white and Angostura bitters and a Mojito made with Plantation Rum, fresh mint, lime juice, sugar syrup, soda water and Angostura bitters.

The team have added their own exciting twists to much-loved classic cocktails, and offer non-alcoholic versions of many customer favourites including a virgin Elderflower Tom Collins and virgin Frozen Strawberry and Passionfruit Daiquiris.

Other delectable cocktails on the menu include a creamy Clover Club made with Plymouth Gin, Monin Raspberry syrup, lemon juice and egg white, and a Jungle Bird made with Plantation Rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup.

Prices for these luxurious drinks start at €6 for the non-alcoholic options and €9 - €9.50 for all other drinks.

To ensure the safety of customers and staff, entry to Gertie Browne’s is being regulated to prevent overcrowding, so pre-booking is encouraged.
