General Paints Group, an Irish family business established in 1953, is home to Irish paint brand Colourtrend and Irish designer paint brand Curator.
As a business they have always taken pride in being at the heart of colour in communities across Ireland and now more than ever they are committed to continuing to be there for their customers.
The Irish family business is strictly acting in compliance with the Government and industry guidelines with its retail stores remaining closed for customers until this week when they reopened their click and collect service at each store location.
“The safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues remains our number one priority. As a business we have taken the time to strongly consider what measures can be put in place to facilitate the increased demand from customers and with that in mind we re-launched our delivery service, whilst also ensuring we our adhering to the Government guidelines’, Edel Nicholson, Head of Marketing at General Paints Group, remarked.
All deliveries will be contactless and General Paints Group will be waiving all delivery fees.
‘While offering this service, we can assure our customers that we will be implementing the most stringent of hygiene controls and operations will be carried out by a skeleton team in our very large warehouse, to ensure that all social distancing measures are being followed.
We want to take this time to thank our customers for their patience and understanding during this challenging time and want to continue to inspire everyone through colour during this period of isolation,” Ms. Nicholson added.
In addition to this General Paints Group have waived the €125 fee for its personalised video colour consultancy service with fully qualified interior designers and colour consultants. This ensures all customers have access to a team of experts to help in all their queries as they tackle their home projects.
These colour consultants have extensive knowledge of Colourtrend’s range of colours and finishes, as well as the expertise to put together a bespoke scheme to match each person’s home and personal style. The colour consultant will then provide a detailed report including colour swatches, advice, and help on choosing the right products for each project.
