“Our little island has battled with the contagious nature of COVID-19 over the past number of months and due to the hard work and commitment of our frontline staff, we are beginning to see some very positive results. Here at Tom Raftery Car Sales we recognise that the commitment to stopping the spread of COVID-19 is a long term objective, and therefore we have made many changes to the way in which we operate.
“Our modern workshop has been providing outstanding service for over 20 years. Known for our expertise in Peugeot, Kia and Isuzu 4x4s, we also cater for ALL vehicle makes and models. To ensure that your manufacturer’s warranty is maintained, we use original replacement parts and recommended lubricants. We then carry out all of the manufacturer’s recommended service procedures.
“Our popular NCT check-over service provides our customers with a full vehicle health check inclusive of video feedback. Our parts department has just recently expanded and we now stock a wide range of original manufacturers parts for all makes and models of vehicles with same day delivery,” Tom remarked.
The health and safety of all staff and customers is paramount when it comes to providing these services to the local community.
“We now offer a collection and drop off service for all customers in our local area, thus reducing the risks associated with travel. All vehicles will be thoroughly sterilised prior to and after servicing; inclusive of cabin and key sterilisation.
“In addition, we now offer air-con sanitisation and cabin filter replacements by request. Payments can be made via contactless or over the phone, reducing the need to use cash or a keypad. Although we will only operate on an appointment only basis, emergency breakdown assistance will be available.
