Athlone GAA have created a novel way for young club members to remain active despite the cessation of all sporting activities due to the impact of the coronavirus.
The importance of maintaining health and fitness levels courtesy of exercise is paramount as a return to the GAA fields is not imminent, but achieving optimum skill levels will ensure activity continues during such unprecedented times.
The 200 touches daily challenge presented by Athlone GAA is one incorporating numerous task but must be embraced bearing social distancing in mind.
