The Galway Auction Rooms in Kilcolgan host their annual winter auction on Saturday, January 25, commencing at 10.30am.
Stock being cleared include the contents of twenty bedrooms at the Connemara Coast Hotel which is undergoing a continuous refurbishment. These items including sideboards, mirrors, prints, lockers and occasional furniture which is all in excellent condition.
The sale also includes a fantastic collection of Irish art including a large Liam O’Neill painting of racehorses, amongst paintings by Mark O’Neill, Markey Robinson, and those of similar status.
There is also antique furniture which is proving to be very good value at auctions, to include Persian handwoven rugs, silver, diamond jewellery, collectibles, Waterford Glass and a good collection of pub decorative items.
