Gardai in Fitzgibbon Street Garda Station in Dublin made a nationwide appeal for the location of Kate Williams.
Gardai believe that the 16 year-old girl may have travelled to Athlone, among other destinations.
Kate is described as being 5’ 4” in height, of medium build, with brown eyes and medium length black hair. She is black and of Nigerian origin.
According to gardai at the Garda Press Office, Kate was last seen on July 31 at approximately 3.35pm in Sherrard Street Upper, Dublin 1, wearing dark jeans and a white and blue polka dot top.
Possible destinations include Blanchardstown, Bluebell, Inchicore, Finglas, Swords, Dublin City Centre, Maynooth, Co Kerry, or Athlone.
