Seán Keane makes a welcome return to Roscommon Arts Centre tomorrow night, Friday, July 12, with his live performance commencing at 8pm.
Seán is considered by many to have one of the most distinctive voices in Ireland and nothing is more important to Sean than playing a tune well and singing a song as it should be sung. Although heavily influenced by traditional styles and values, Seán cannot be categorised simply as a traditional singer. Whether the songs are traditional, folk, country or blues, he applies a unique voice and individual style that you will never forget.
On the night, Seán will be accompanied by Pat Coyne, Fergus Feely, and together they will perform many of Sean's classics like ‘Isle of Hope Isle of tears’, ‘Home Away From Home’ and ‘Galway to Graceland’. He will also be singing some of the new songs from the ‘Gratitude’ album that he recorded in 2018 with the RTE Concert Orchestra.
Tickets are on sale now from Roscommon Arts Centre’s box office on 09066 25824 and from www.roscommonartscentre.ie
