Sporting experience to cherish as Lowe cousins meet Irish rugby squad

A sporting memory to cherish emerged at the Aviva Stadium when cousins Scott and Grace Lowe met with the members of the Irish rugby squad prior to their recent Six Nations clash with France.

Following their appearance on the Late Late Toy Show, during which they stole the hearts of a nation, the Athlone double cousins had been long since looking forward to this day, following their meeting with Irish rugby internationals, Rob Kearney, Sean O’Brien and Tadhg Furlong.

Describing Scott as a “hero” for donating bone marrow to his cousin Grace as she battled leukemia, the Irish full back announced that both Scott and Grace and their families would meet and greet the rugby squad during the pre-game ‘captains run’ prior to attending the contest at the Aviva Stadium.

With smiles donned across their faces, as the photograph shows, it clearly was an occasion that will be etched in the memory!
