Buccaneers player Darragh Murray has received international recognition following his selection for the Ireland U18 rugby squad travelling to play Italy next week.
The young Lisbrock, Kiltoom, native captained the Connacht U18 squad that claimed the recent interprovincial series, defeating Leinster, Munster and Ulster in doing so. This is the promising lock’s second season to be selected on this Ireland squad. He also skippered Buccaneers to a Connacht U17 Plate success at the end of last season.
