The Midland 50 Plus Show, the lifestyle event for retired and older people, is returning again in July.
According to the organisers, the reaction to the inaugural event at the Radisson Hotel, Athlone, last year was so good that it has been moved to the larger Hodson Bay Hotel to accommodate more exhibitors and visitors.
The free event at the Hodson Bay takes place on Sunday, July 8, and Monday, July 9, from 11am until 5pm both days. It embraces many of the interests and concerns of older people such as health, finance, travel, legal issues, hobbies and crafts, fashions, homes and gardening and more.
