Westmeath Volkswagen retailer Michael Moore has been awarded a prestigious Gold Pin Award by the German brand.
This marks one of only three awards presented annually by Volkswagen Ireland in recognition of significant achievements and outstanding dedication to Volkswagen.
Michael Moore has been a Volkswagen retailer since 1981 and the Moore family have a long and proud history in the motoring industry in the area.
The retailer offers customers a comprehensive service from a state-of-art 10-car showroom located on the Dublin Road, Athlone, Westmeath.
Michael Moore Jr picked up the award from Volkswagen Ireland brand director, Gerrit Heimberg, and Joerg Hertwig, area sales manager for Northwest Europe, at an awards ceremony in Kildare.
Dealer principal, Michael Moore Jr summed up the achievement: “We are delighted to receive such a prestigious honour from Volkswagen. It is a credit to the entire team here at Michael Moore Car Sales. We take pride in looking after every customer like they were a member of own family.”
