First Mrs Doyle Tea Party a roaring success

Catherine Murray, owner and manager of Belles and Blazers, teamed up with Adam Powell from Cloud 9 Café to host the first Mrs Doyle Themed Tea Party recently.

Athlone’s only hen party company, Belles and Blazers is now two years at its office in Mardyke House and a total of seven and a half years in business, organising hen party packages and activities all around Ireland.

Belles & Blazers newest hen party activity - ‘Mrs Doyle & Her Grannies’ - was the inspiration for the Mrs Doyle themed Alzheimer’s Tea Day.

All funds raised from Alzheimer’s Tea Day, an impressive €246, will stay in the locality.

Catherine Murray said: “Adam and his team were great hosts for the tea day. Sharleen Doyle played a great Mrs Doyle on the day, ensuring everyone had tea and even cupcakes! It’s great to be able to give back to the community, to raise money for a vital organisation and have fun at the same time. Thank you to everyone who came out to support it.”
