The Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Galway and Network Ireland Galway will collaborate to host an inspiring and energising celebration of Galway businesswomen in the Salthill Hotel on Friday, March 6th. The event, taking place to mark International Women’s Day, will form part of LEO Galway’s schedule of events for this year’s Local Enterprise Week (LEW).

The Salthill Hotel will play host to a vibrant morning of connection, conversation, and networking as Galway businesswomen come together to mark International Women’s Day on Friday, March 6.

Taking place from March 2 to 6, Local Enterprise Week will see Galway’s Local Enterprise Office host 19 separate events over the five days, appealing to businesses of all sizes from across the county.

Galway’s Black Box Theatre will be a haven of festive cheer this week as the venue comes alive for the annual Local Food and Craft Gift Fair. Beginning today Thursday, November 27, the festive fair will run throughout the weekend, closing on Tuesday evening, December 2. Up to 60 stall holders and exhibitors will showcase their products across the six days, and there’ll be plenty of entertainment to ensure there’s something for all the family.

Small businesses and budding entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to sample a variety of events aimed at helping them to start or grow their business as part of this year’s Local Enterprise Week in Galway City and County. The initiative of the Local Enterprise Offices, supported by Enterprise Ireland and the local authorities, takes place from March 3-7 this year across the country.
