With just days to go until the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition project deadline, BT Ireland is encouraging students to get their project entries in to be part of Ireland’s biggest and brightest showcase for young STEM talent.

After two years of virtual exhibitions, Ireland’s biggest and brightest showcase for young STEM talent will return to an in-person event in Dublin between January 10 and 14 2023. The live event will once again bring science and technology to life with amazing student projects, spectacular exhibits, influential guest speakers, and immersive displays.

A total of 18 entries from Westmeath schools have made it to the finals of the 2017 BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition, to be held in the RDS, Dublin from January 11-14.

BT Ireland confirmed financial grants of €5,400 to Galway secondary schools that participated in this year’s BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition, one of the world’s largest and longest-running school STEM showcases. The company also reaffirmed its commitment to providing travel and accommodation grants for schools taking part in the 2017 exhibition, which closes for entries on September 28.
