A European research-led consortium has been established to pioneer technologies to improve crop resilience to drought stress caused by climate change.

MSC Euribia is being named in Copenhagen this week, she is the second ship for MSC Cruises to be powered by LNG, the cleanest and most efficient fuel available currently commercially at scale. She has also been designed with the future in mind, allowing her to easily incorporate future innovations in sustainability, such as carbon-neutral synthetic and other alternative fuels as soon as they are available at scale.

Athlone based Sidero, Ireland’s software, cloud and digital transformation specialist, has announced the results of a new survey which found that over a quarter of organisations in Ireland (27%) have set targets to become carbon neutral by 2030.
