People can expect to have fun, work up a sweat, and take away lots of information and tips from our cookery demonstrations and workshops. This is a day for people to really get focused on themselves again, improve their health and fitness, and learn lots of new things. I am a firm believer in not waiting until January to make changes. I want to try to get people thinking about implementing some good healthy habits now so the New Year's resolutions are not such a shock.
