This year more than 750 transition year students are looking forward to taking part in Údarás na Gaeltachta’s Clár na gComhlachtaí, which encourages budding entrepreneurs in the Gaeltacht areas of Cork, Donegal, Galway, Mayo, Meath, Kerry, and Waterford to develop their own mini-enterprises and compete in a national final.

Up to 117 second level students from all parts of the Mayo Gaeltacht are creating, designing and innovating in preparation for this year’s Údarás na Gaeltachta – Clár na gComhlachtaí which was launched this week.

Two emerging enterprises founded by local students in the Mayo Gaeltacht areas have been crowned joint winners of the Údarás na Gaeltachta - Clár Comhlachta Mayo Regional Final.
