For its 13th outing, Ballinasloe-based artist collective Group 8 will host the opening of its annual exhibition, DERELICT, in the Town Band Hall, on Culture Night, Friday, September 22, at 7.30pm.

Galway historian Barry Lally will launch an exhibition focusing on ideas of dereliction for Culture Night 2023 tomorrow at 7.30pm at Ballinasloe’s Town Band Hall.

After an absence of a few years, community and voluntary activity was back to being celebrated ‘in person’ at the Cathaoirleach’s Community Awards which were held in conjunction with the Cathaoirleach’s Ball on Saturday 11th June.
