Artists can be very awkward at times. They don’t always conform to decisions made on their behalf. They rarely behave nicely if they disagree with authority.

Minister of State for Tourism and Sport, Michael Ring, was back on his old stomping ground on Monday when he was back in the chamber of Mayo County Council to give a presentation on his work, with a particular emphasis on tourism in the county.
