The cast and crew of Deenside Pantomime Society have come together once again for their annual pantomime which is renowned for entertaining the masses for the week in Castlecomer.

Deenside players pantomime group, will present two one act plays in the Vaults Lounge, Castlecomer for two nights only on Thursday September 13 and Friday 14 at 8:30pm nightly.

The Frostbite doubles finals took place last Friday night with players who had moved up a grade proving that they were well able for higher standards. Pat Brett and Rory McGovern almost caused a shock in section A when they took Trevor Darlington and Robert Cummins to three sets, the final score 6-1, 5-7 and 6-3.

The scripts have been put down, the costumes are ready, the dance moves are polished up and the Deenside Players are about to put their latest production on stage. Introducing Robinhood Meets Frankenstein as this year’s Castlecomer Pantomime.
