Galway University Hospitals Bereavement Support Services and the Irish Hospice Foundation (IHF) recently launched the ‘Galway Grief Sherpa Network’ (GGSN); a new bereavement support initiative, established to promote those organisations who provide bereavement support in Galway City and County.

The Galway Hospice is organising a community meeting next Tuesday March 12 in the Clayton Hotel at 8pm as part of the recently launched ‘Building for the Future’ fundraising campaign.

This weekend is National Sunflower Weekend, which has been organised to raise much-needed funds for hospice care in Ireland.
