Monday hearing for dismissal case of well known Galway-native hotelier
A well known Galway hotel manager is due back in the High Court on Monday to contest his dismissal from a Dublin hotel on Christmas Eve.

•Galway Golf Club: Galway Senior Scratch Cup, Played in testing blustery conditions, Aaron O’Callaghan (+1 Douglas G C) came from three shots behind to tie with the first-round leader Stephen Healy (+1 Claremorris GC) on 146. Stephen Healy went on to win the title on the third tie hole. They were followed on the scoresheet by Thomas O’Connor (Scr Athlone GC ) 148, Damien Coyne (1 Galway GC), and Mark Rowe (2 Athlone GC ).
