O’Donnellan and Joyce will hold the last of the summer auctions this Friday at 3pm in the Victoria Hotel when it holds a major discount auction with seven properties all going under the hammer. Anne Harding, auction co-ordinator with O’Donnellan and Joyce, said they have saved the good wine until last with unbelievable value on offer this Friday.

For years O’Donnellan & Joyce has been holding its auctions in the Victoria Hotel just off Eyre Square. At the last auction, which was held on February 25, the auction room was filled to capacity, creating a wonderful atmosphere which was then further fuelled by the wonderful auction and the results achieved.

Tony Joyce of O’Donnellan & Joyce has recently brought to the open market an outstanding investment property which is being offered for sale by public auction on April 8 in the Victoria Hotel at 3pm, unless previously sold. The receiver, Nicholas Comyn, has instructed the auctioneers to dispose of this property with an outstanding AMV of €450,000.
