EQE – the new all-electric version of the popular Mercedes-Benz E-Class series – has been launched on the Irish market.

Bedecked with a level of luxury that includes style highlights and an array of specifications, safety and comfort features drawn directly from the recently introduced S-Class, the all new Mercedes-Benz C-Class has arrived in Ireland and is can now be seen in dealer showrooms.

Ahead of its expected market launch here in Ireland next September, the EQS – the latest all-electric model from Mercedes-Benz – has been unveiled to international audiences.

As preparations are being made for the arrival here of its new EQS, the all-electric version of its new S-Class, Mercedes-Benz has switched focus to the opposite end of its model spectrum with the unveiling of EQA, entry model to the all-electric world of Mercedes-EQ vehicles.

Mercedes-Benz is set to introduce twenty two new models on to the Irish market in 2020, and the German carmaker has just unveiled one that will be amongst them, a new GLE Coupé. This introduction is accompanied by an ultra-sporty stablemate, a Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 4MATIC + version.

From Mercedes-Benz, the pace of new model introductions planned for 2020 shows no sign of letting-up with no less than 22 model arrivals scheduled. Of these, six will be conventionally powered vehicles with a further 16 arrivals to be made-up of new PHEV plug-in electric hybrid models –a breakdown that underlines the gradual and obvious transition by Mercedes-Benz into the manufacture of alternative energy vehicles.
