3.6m people or 81% of the population watched TG4 at some stage during 2021. The average viewing share for 2021 was 1.89%, up from 1.83% in 2020, and there was an increase in primetime share from 1.92% in 2020 to 2.05% in 2021. This increase is the first time TG4 has had over 2% share in primetime since 2013.

Well, Sinn Féin had a very successful and satisfactory Ard Fheis last weekend.

The first six months of 2017 have been hectic to say the least - a change of taoiseach, arguments which have severely tested the stability of the government and brought us to the brink of a general election more than once, a UK general election, and the collapse of the Stormont Assembly.

For the first time in Insider’s memory, most of his non-political friends are uncertain of who they will vote for in the next General Election. Of course, some are certain who they will not vote for, but a clear majority are undecided and Insider has never seen such disillusionment.

I hope you had an opportunity to enjoy the last four or five days of beautiful sunshine. It was amazing and, really, I hope you had more than a few minutes to yourselves to appreciate the welcome spring weather.
