Irish company Myhomecare, part of Servisource Limited, has become the first nursing care provider within Ireland to achieve the Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation, a feat which has only been reached by 24 other homecare companies globally.

Bon Secours Hospital Galway, accredited by Joint Commission International, was recently awarded the 2013 NISO/NISG All-Ireland Major Safety Award for Medical Services. Business category awards are awarded to organisations which have met a minimum high standard (distinction level) and who are best within their business category. This is the hospital’s second submission - in 2012 it was the recipient of a distinction in the Prestigious Award category.
