Among the early movers recognising this the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV), which has just signed a memorandum of understanding with the EU Myanmar Centre (EUMC), a not-for-profit non-governmental organisation tasked with facilitating trade, commerce and investment between Myanmar and the 28 EU member states.

Members of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) received their Recognised European Valuer, or REV Certificate, at a function in the Institute of Technology, Tallaght, recently. The certificates were co-presented by the Minister of State at the Departments of Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform, Brian Hayes, and the chairman of TEGoVA, the European Valuers’ representative body, Roger Messenger.
