It was cheers all round for two Mayo pubs at the Bar of the Year awards on Tuesday night in Dublin.

“Local insight, local service, and local community engagement are key ingredients to running a successful local retailing business and persuading customers that shopping locally really is best,” according to Stephen O’Riordan, chief executive of ADM Londis, speaking at the Group’s 60th Anniversary Banquet and Retailing Excellence Awards.
