Tomorrow (Friday) DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard will host the third of its 2015 auctions, and aims to continue the huge success it has enjoyed at its auctions this year. The team boast a 94 per cent sales rate at auction, the highest in the country since the beginning of 2015. Tomorrow's auction in the Raddison Blu Hotel will feature a mix of property with something to suit all spectrums of the market, and all with very attractive guide prices. 

The auction team at DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard certainly are not sitting on their laurels after their hugely successful April auctions. While the Francis Street based agents had a 94 per cent sales rate, the highest in the country since the beginning of 2015, the team are immediately back into the fray with the launch of their June 5 auction, due to take place in the auction rooms in the Raddison Blu Hotel, Galway.

Tomorrow (Friday) will see auctioneer James Heaslip take to the auction floor for the first of DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard’s summer auctions. Following the announcement of ots partnership with DNG, Ireland’s leading property services providers, DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard is bringing a total of 10 lots throughout the city and county to the auction floor in its May auctions.

Costello Lodge, located in Casla, Connemara, or The Lodge as it is affectionately known, forms part of DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard’s first summer auction of the year and is expected to attract huge interest due to both its keen price and its interesting and varied history. Among this impressive and vast property’s previous owners is the infamous Joseph Bruce Ismay, chairman of the White Star Line, the company that owned RMS Titanic.

In a mammoth property auction 22 properties will be placed under the auction hammer by O’Donnellan & Joyce tomorrow (Friday) at 3pm in the Victoria Hotel, Eyre Square, Galway. According to the company this is a must-sell auction and all the properties are attractively priced at discount values in order to secure sales, offering a great opportunity to acquire prime properties throughout the Galway area at exceptional value.

A packed auction room is anticipated this Friday in the Victoria Hotel, Eyre Square, when O’Donnellan & Joyce places nine properties up for sale by public auction. According to Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers this auction will have properties suitable for everyone with houses ranging from €80,000 to €720,000, comprising a range of properties from mid-terrace city homes to magnificent detached homes on large sites.

After last weeks auction in the Shelbourne Hotel where more than 80 properties were sold, auction fever is starting to buzz around the country.
