Galway Toastmasters has invited the community to its Open Night, at the SCCUL Enterprise Centre in Ballybane.

The death has occurred in Australia of the well-known Galway showband singer John Regan. A former resident of Woodfield, Cappagh Road John E Regan passed away in the Gold Coast, Australia last Sunday.

Galway Toastmasters will mark its 25th anniversary next week and to mark the occasion an anniversary meeting and celebration will be held on February 28 at 8:30pm in the Menlo Park Hotel. There will also be presentation of Toastmasters’ highest achievement to a local member.
