Don Carlito's is Castlebar's newest Italian restaurant located on Chapel Street, Castlebar, just before the church. The restaurant has a lovely rustic feeling to it with friendly and knowledgeable staff. It also has a well thought out menu from starters all the way to desserts. All the dishes are cooked fresh to order, using locally sourced fresh ingredients. It offers traditional Italian dishes from carbonara to oss buco and also some of the Italian chef’s own creations.

Castlebar has just got somewhere new to go for some good old fashioned Italian home cooking with the opening last week  of Don Carlito’s on Chapel Street. Don Carlito’s is owned and operated by the well known Juan Carlo D’Eramo who has run the popular take-away and pizzeria JC’s in Castlebar for the past number of years.
